About Our Experience
Established in 2017, McCallum Powder, LLC specializes in commercial explosives manufacturing, storage, and transportation. The company was founded to enhance our drilling and blasting operations, giving us the flexibility to quickly adapt to the evolving needs of our clients.
To address the increasing demand from our customers, McCallum Powder expanded its capabilities by assembling custom bulk emulsion trucks and developed a division to provide this service to other blasting contractors. Our extensive industry expertise and ability to deliver projects on accelerated timelines distinguish us from the competition.
Beyond these capabilities, MRD has broadened our scope of work within the mining industry to include rock crushing, aerial imagery and mapping, stockpile quantification, reserves estimation, and pit development.
Bulk Emulsion Trucks
After purchasing our first two bulk emulsion trucks from a supplier in 2017, we decided to build our own. We now make some of the most well-built explosives hauling trucks in the United States. Our turnaround time is short compared to other suppliers and our rigs are built by hand at our shop located in Chehalis, Washington, USA. We can customize the pumps, hoses, and flow design to the meet customer’s specifications depending on the desired application.
